Pray: O Jesus, you are the sustaining Bread of Life,
You are a ready provision of daily nourishment supplying what we need for spiritual growth. You are food for generous service, sustenance of intimate union. You come to us in many forms: in Eucharist and loving relationships, in small touches of caring, and in subtle inner stirrings that enrich us with your deep love.
