Remember when someone served you with great love
Pray: O Jesus, Divine Servant
You lovingly washed your disciples’ feet as dirty as they must have been. And even as I want to be of service, I so quickly turn from the difficult. I try to ease my way out of anything that takes too much of my precious time or asks more than I am willing to give. When will I come to know that following your example of servanthood requires more than seeking my own comfort?
